Lily Cheyanne Otis, infant daughter of Edward Frank Otis IV and Erica Gwyn Otis of 662 Westover Drive, Bassett, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, at Morehead Hospital in Eden, N.C.
In addition to her parents, surviving are paternal grandparents, Edward F. Otis III and Lisa Labit Otis of Kodak, Tenn.; paternal great-grandparents, Edward F. Otis Jr., Greg Spears and Lola Spears and Gene Labit and Joyce Labit, all of Louisiana; maternal grandparents, Robbie Lynn Hartsock and Rhonda Gail Hartsock of Bassett; maternal great-grandparents, Jeanette Hall and Garland Hall of Bassett and Ray Hartsock and Doris Hartsock of Blountville, Tenn.
The graveside funeral will be held at the Ingram family cemetery in Ferrum.
