Dr. Sharon Faye Creed Hall

November 25, 1961 – Feb 22, 2021


Sharon Faye Creed-Hall, 59, of Chesnee went home to be with her Lord on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Texas City, TX, November 25, 1961, she was the wife of the Rev. Richard G. Hall, Jr. of the home and the daughter of Betty Fletcher and the late John Creed, Sr. She received her Master in Nursing Education at Indiana Wesleyan University and her Doctorate in Nursing from Gardner-Webb University Hunt School of Nursing where she served as a Nurse Educator. Dr. Hall was a member of Eden Wesleyan Church.

In addition to her mother and her husband of thirty-nine years, Dr. Hall is survived by one son, Brian Hall (Amanda) of Killeen, TX; two daughters, Lawren Hall of Chesnee and Kallie Hall of Taylors; one brother, John Creed, Jr.; two sisters, Diana Beauregard and Jo Ellen Ohayon; and one grandson, Aaron Hall. She was preceded in death by her father, John Creed, Sr.

With the establishment of the Dr. Sharon Creed-Hall Hunt School of Nursing Memorial Scholarship at Gardner-Webb University, Sharon’s legacy will continue to live on in the lives of nursing students for years to come!
